Escaping Comfort Zone #Misi21

“Hi Cha, driver ku belum sampai ya?” Gue menyapa partner bisnisku yang sudah serius dengan mac-nya.

“Loh… Emang gak bareng elo?” Jawabnya bingung.

“Nggak. I jumped off the car and take metro mini to office,” sahut gue kalem. “You’re crazy!” She said in disbelief.

“I’m not! I’m on a mission!” Cerita sama dia soal #Misi21 but she still mumbling, “You’re crazy!” Hehehe can’t blame her.

Asap rokok mereka mulai masuk pelan-pelan menyesakkan napas and bikin perih mata gue. Tapi gue bertahan. Mereka ngobrol soal salah satu mobil rekannya yang baru tabrakan. Gue menikmati alunan gitar pengamen di belakang gue. Macet. Mulai keringetan and bau asap. Gue ngeliat ke pinggir jalan. Banyak yang beraktivitas. Ada yg jualan makanan. Duduk di gerobak rokok, ngobrol ngalor ngidul. Ada yang… Hey… Ada orang yang berdiri di dalam parit besar yg berada di sepanjang jalan Raya Pasar Minggu.

“Bang… Tu orang ngapain?” Tanya gue ke sopir.

“Oooo nyari paku mbak… Besi-besi…!”

“Hah… Gimana cara? Buat apaan?” “Pake magnet… Buat dijual lagi mbak kiloan….” “Ohh….” Gue terdiam. Speechless. Pengamen sudah ganti tiga kali. Tiga genre berbeda dinyanyikan. Gue masih terdiam. Berpikir.

Well, as your metromini comrade, I can say I learn a lot living in Jakarta for 4 years insisting on using public transport. I can’t drive and I have trauma on riding motorcycle back in high school.Being lost in Jakarta, makes me know which transport to take to go to destination. Jakarta is crazy. But it doesn’t stop me. Really convenience if you know your way around Jakarta.
